A New Approach to Solving Open Source Challenges
Epics DAO addresses the critical resource shortage in open source software development, along with the risks caused by it, with a Web3-era approach that blends fun, incentives, and social contribution—beyond what traditional donation culture can cover.
The Epics platform enables resource funding for open source development and blockchain projects through the minting of NFT trading cards, while also creating an engaging ecosystem of an NFT battle card game. This expands both the market and the developer resources available to the open source world.
Features of the NFT Battle Card Game
The game allows players to build a deck of 40 NFT cards and enjoy rating battles. Players can obtain cards randomly from NFT card packs provided on the Epics platform, combining strategy with collectability to enjoy the game.
